FAQ

Q. Are there any rules in Batfitness?
A. Yes, there are two absolute rules in Batfitness.
Rule #1. Do not get ahead of yourself physically and injure yourself. Be smart, be patient, Batfitness is for a lifetime.
Rule # 2. Be aware of your surroundings. Batfitness is no different than swinging a golf club, a tennis racquet or even kicking a field goal. Caution is required and Safety is a top priority. Have fun and be Batfriendly!

Q. Should I consult my Doctor before I begin training with Batfitness?

A. If you have any questions at all about your health you should consult a medical professional. Remember, Batfitness rule #1, Do not get ahead of yourself physically and injure yourself, Batfitness will not take that long. Batfitness is designed to help people of all ages stay mentally and physically strong for a lifetime by increasing flexability and strength for all those who participate in Batfitness.

Q. How long will it take to get into Batfitness condition?
A. That will depend on your Batfitness goals and the amount of time you put into training. The benefits of Batfitness will start immediately, but there is no one answer for all of Batfitness. Each and everyone of you will determine for yourself what level of Batfitness condition you want to achieve and how long that will take.

Q. How heavy should the hand weights be and what size bat should I use?
A. Use the amount of weight that allows you to comfortably execute the Five Batfitness weighted movements, while still challenging your body. My Louisville Slugger weighs right around three pounds and is 34 inches long. That's a major league bat so that's a good measure to go by. Just like your hand weights your bat has to have enough weight to challenge your body while allowing you to execute the Batfitness movements.
